Overview

Vista Cala Vadella is a charming 4 bedroom modern Premier Villa located in the beautiful resort of Cala Vadella on the west coast of the island with amazing views of the sea and sunsets. Renovated in 2014 it has 250 m2 of living space built on a plot of around 700 m2.

The villa is in a great position, not far from the beach of Cala Vadella and there is a super market and tapas restaurant nearby.

Accommodation

The living areas are bright, spacious and open-plan. The large lounge area and corner seating, a smart TV, a Playstation 3 and a Wii with games.

The integrated kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an American fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, orange juicer, liquidiser and dishwasher.

There is a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

All outdoor areas face the Mediterranean Sea, making the view from the pool area simply magnificent. There is a terrace with comfortable outdoor sofas, a sunbathing area and a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ.

The infinity swimming pool is integrated to the terraces which are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, there is a second outdoor dining area on the front terrace as well as private parking for 2 cars.
