Overview

This is a stunning, spacious, Ibicencan modern villa with spectacular views to the mountains and to the sea. The villa is located in the south of the island in Sa Caleta, conveniently situated close to the airport (can be affected by aircraft noise), Ibiza town and the best beaches on the island such as Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Playa d'en Bossa and Las Salinas.

It has got a beautiful, well maintained garden and a 62 m2 private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and an amazing 160 m2 roof terrace with chill-out area. The views of the 2,100 m2 plot from the roof terrace are truly breath taking.

The secured gate leads to parking for several cars.

The villa is well located with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Vila, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

Living Areas

The villa's living areas have a spacious living room with comfy sofas, flat screen TV, satellite TV, DVD player, iPod dock and free Wi-Fi. The dining area stands out for its style and luminosity, with direct access to a covered porch with chill-out and dining areas, the garden and pool area.

The villa is fitted with a fully equipped open plan style kitchen with all the modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) where you might prepare and serve delicious meals.

The villa has got hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside

Outside you can enjoy the wonderfully designed tropical garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting large swimming pool (62 m2) with Jacuzzi, surrounded by loungers. The magnificent sunsets can be enjoyed on the "Balinese bed" strategically placed to enjoy the views in complete harmony with nature.

For your comfort there is a poolside shower.

Next to the swimming pool there is a barbecue and a covered porch area, a chill-out and a dining area, perfect for Al Fresco dining.

The large roof terrace with chill-out area is just an amazing spot to enjoy a refreshing cocktail admiring the sunrise or the magical Ibiza sunset in the company of your family and friends.
