There is a chill out area located by the pool with comfortable outdoor furniture as well as a large outdoor dining table with seating for 12 people, a BBQ and parking space for several cars.
There are 2 spacious lounge areas, the open plan lounge on the ground floor opens out onto the huge terrace which leads to the pool area; this open plan living area boasts a comfortable sofa, a large TV and a dining area for 8 people, there is also a breakfast bar seating 2 people leading to the kitchen.
The second lounge is located on the first floor and also opens onto a terrace, where amazing panoramic views over Playa D'en Bossa and to the sparkling Mediterranean can be enjoyed.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances such as a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine etc.
There is air conditioning throughout the property as well as access to WiFi and a music system. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and is accessed from outside.

On arrival you will be able to check over the property with an agent to verify the content and conditions. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as it occurs.
Deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of your return providing that the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. In the event of damage, the deposit will be held until all issues are resolved.
