This beautiful property boasts many features including a tennis court, amazing views and it is only a short drive to Ibiza Town and the airport.

Many of the most popular beach clubs, restaurants and bars are just a short drive away.

Accommodation

This villa mixes the traditional finca style with all modern comforts and finishes.

The living areas are mainly open plan and there are several relaxing / lounging areas with large comfortable sofas - with the finca style there are lots of nooks and crannies to relax in and catch up on your holiday hobbies.

The dining area comfortably seats 10 people and an archway leads into a spacious, fully equipped, modern kitchen.

Outdoor Areas

There is plenty of space outside this property offering chill out areas for reading and relaxing, dining, sleeping or for the kids - playing and exploring in the beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens within the vast grounds.

The spacious pool measures 12m x 6m and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers where you can enjoy the spectacular sea views and sunsets. As well as its own tennis court there is also a table tennis table (rackets and balls for tennis and table tennis are included).

The outdoor dining area easily seats 10 people and there is a modern, gas, Webber BBQ for preparing meals 'Al Fresco'.

Housekeeping

5 hours daily cleaning service from Monday to Friday (also Saturday if the rental is more than one week) Change of towels every day. Change of bed linen on Wednesday (also Saturday if the rental is more than one week).

All our Ibiza properties require a security deposit, payable 21 days prior to your departure, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return once the final checks have been completed. Please ask a member of the Premier Villas team to let you know the damage deposit amount required for your stay.

On arrival you will be able to check over the property with an agent to verify the content and conditions. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as it occurs.

Deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of your return providing that the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. In the event of damage, the deposit will be held until all issues are resolved.
