The house is predominately all white, with touches of classical Ibicenco architecture, as well as modern with a wonderful serene and cosy atmosphere. It has a heating system and a chiminea for cooler seasons, interior and exterior Bose and Sonos Music System with iPod connection and access to WIFI is throughout the property.
There is a library with books in at least 4 or 5 different languages for all kind of interests catering for adults and children, a DVD collection of classic, action and children's movies and games and puzzles for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a sea view with access to the herb garden. The appliances include a cold press juicer, Nespresso machine, professional french fry cutter, 2 Gaggenau ovens ( one extra large and one regular size for pastries), Miele dishwasher, microwave, yoghurt maker.
Also, there is enough crockery, glasses knives and forks etc to accommodate dinner parties for up to 40 people.
The indoor dining area easily seats 8 people and opens out onto the spacious terrace.
The laundry room consists of a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer, an extra fridge and ironing area.

There are 3 separate dining areas, plenty of terraces to lounge and relax, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in fryer and plancha, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker.
The oversized terrace has striking views, this terrace can be covered with an electric sunshade. The outdoor dining area seats 12 people, extra tables and benches are available for larger dinner parties seating around 40 people.
The pool is divided into three sections - children's pool, jacuzzi and main pool. The size of the main pool 10 x 6 m2 and the Jacuzzi is in the corner of the children's pool boasting a solar heat system.
Surrounding the pool there are 12 sun loungers and 3 parasols; in between the pool house and the pool kitchen there is a huge lounge area with 2 double sun loungers. The pool house consists of a changing room and separate WC.
There is also a large children's playground with 2 wooden play houses, swings, toboggans, pirates and dragons playing zone, hang around area, trampoline, table tennis, petanque and oversize outside checkers, the entire family can have fun together.
2 housekeepers clean from 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday and one housekeeper cleans 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. A couple live in a separate property within the plot of land. They manage the housekeepers and maintain the gardens and pools. Linen/Towel/Pool Towel change - once per week.

On arrival you will be able to check over the property with an agent to verify the content and conditions. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as it occurs.
Deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of your return providing that the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. In the event of damage, the deposit will be held until all issues are resolved.
