Amazing, luxury Premier Villa available for short term rent located close to one of Ibiza's most iconic beaches, just 10 minutes from Ibiza Town.

With 100% privacy and nestled in the mountain side of Cala Jondal this villa is will give you the freedom, peace and tranquility you need on your well earned holiday on the famous White Isle of Ibiza.

Outside

There are amazing sea views, a fabulous infinity pool and sun bathing terrace. Other features include a fantastic roof terrace with chill out area and BBQ where the views and manicured gardens can be fully appreciated, a huge covered terrace with several chill-out areas with day bed, an outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen facilities.

Living Areas

There are spacious well designed living areas with elegant features throughout. They consist of a large open plan lounge area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen which lead out onto the huge terrace overlooking the pool area and stunning views.

All areas are furnished with modern furniture and air conditioning features throughout the property.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 Master, Queen size bed, en-suite, pool access, bath and waterfall shower, air conditioning, Sonos.
• Bedroom 2 Double bed, en-suite, air conditioning and Sonos.
• Bedroom 3 King size bed that can be converted to twins, en-suite, air conditioning, outdoor access, sofas and Sonos.
• Bedroom 4 King size bed that can be converted to twins, en-suite, air conditioning, outdoor access, sofas and Sonos.

Housekeeping

Housekeeper - 8am-5pm (1 hour break) 6 days a week.

Cleaner - 4 hours per day, Monday – Saturday, can also be arranged for Sunday.

Linen/towels changed Wednesdays and Saturdays.
