Overview

Villa Nancy is a 4-bedroom villa, of which 2 are en-suite, conveniently located in a quiet area just around the corner from the familiar Old Village resort in Vilamoura, part of central Algarve - Portugal, with its restaurants, bars and mini-market. This bright and casual villa includes an inviting games room for fun moments, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a typical charcoal BBQ, swimming pool and sun loungers. A handily located stop for the tourist train is also just 400 meters away and is a great way to move around Vilamoura.

Accommodation

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, configured as follows:

• Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds witch can be joined together and a private bathroom
• Ground Floor - WC
• 1st Floor - Master Bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed and a private bathroom, this bedroom is light and spacious, with closets, a ceiling fan and a private en-suit bathroom with bath tub.
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a shared bathroom
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, from coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent there is a bright dining room with an elegant glass table accommodating up to 8 people, surrounded by windows providing natural light with a nice view to the swimming pool and garden.

The living area has two white couches facing a natural fireplace and a large TV, nearby there’s a games area with a snooker table.

The various sliding doors/windows bring natural light into this space making it bright and enjoyable.

This is the place to relax. The villa is surrounded by a garden, the pool is great for playing water games as it is not deep, it’s about 6 meters long by 5 wide and 1,5 meters deep, We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service it might be declined.

Adjacent to the pool area there is an outdoor dining table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue for casual al-fresco meals.
