Ground Floor

The bright and spacious lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished and equipped with a large TV with cable TV channels, including UK channels and Sky sports,  DVD player and a home music system.The dining area has a large table and six chairs. Three sets of patio doors open out to the pool area.The large kitchen has a lovely bright dining area with plenty of natural light streaming in through full length windows. It is well equipped with an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob. There is also a large TV with cable channels.
On this floor there is a twin bedroom with a TV with cable channels, and use of the adjacent bathroom with overhead shower.

First Floor
Master suite with king size bed. There is a TV with cable channels and patio doors opening out to a private terrace, overlooking the pool area. Walking through a lovely dressing area you come to a large ensuite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle.
Bedroom two has a king size bed, TV with cable channels and patio doors opening out to a private balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom with overhead shower.

Lower Ground Floor:
The extremely large garage which has been converted to a family games room with plenty of seating, a TV with cable channels, Pool table, table tennis, football table and gym equipment.
Next to the garage room is a small living room with seating and a kitchenette.
Off this living area are two more bedrooms.
Bedroom four is a double room with patio doors opening out to the side of the property.
Bedroom five is a twin room with patio doors opening out to the side of the property.
These bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom with overhead shower.
