Quinta Moras is a delightful 3 bedroom linked townhouse, located in the lakeside area in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago in the central Algarve, Portugal. The property has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and is perfect for a family holiday, golf break with friends, winter sun escape - enjoy outdoor living at its best with superb beaches, water sports, golf, tennis and activities for adults and kids alike. The resort is a fabulous playground for all ages as well as home to exquisite dining, bars & shopping. And for the golfer, 5 premium courses throughout the estate are testament to the quality of golf for all standards.


Quinta Moras offers 3 king bedrooms to sleep 6 guests in luxury and comfort, with 3 bathroom, 2 of which are en suite.

Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, there is a cosy lounge offering state-of-the-art TV and cable service, broadband Wifi internet and patio doors which lead directly to the garden terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, electric hobs, oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board.

There is powerful air-conditioning throughout the house to cool you down during those hot summer months.


Guests at Quinta Moras can use the large communal pool, children's pool and the tennis courts located down by the lake. Use of the tennis courts is free of charge, you have to take your own racquets and tennis balls.


The ‘outdoor living’  makes Quinta Moras such a delight - a large garden with pergola, BBQ area and plenty of space to lounge, read a book and catch some rays.

Local area

Quinta Moras is a few steps away from the beautiful resort swimming pool (kids’ pool too) and snack bar with sweeping views over the Lake and beach beyond.  There are tennis courts and a Lakeside resort café nearby. Head to “The Shack” on the Lake for delicious food, great wines, cocktails & beers.

The house is ideally located for the great restaurants, bars, facilities and activities in Quinta Do Lago, many of which are just a stroll from the house. Quinta do Lago is all about lifestyle, reflected in its beautiful beach, manicured amenities and exclusive facilities. These include beauty & wellbeing, water sports, golf, tennis, fine dining & entertainment, all wrapped in a seductive ambience, picture-perfect nature and form for simply the most memorable moments.
