Overview

Casa Marsil is a luxurious and majestic 5 bedroom Premier Villa located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, part of the central Algarve, Portugal. 

The interior is outstanding and decorated to very high standard throughout, providing luxurious accommodation for your Algarve holiday.

The grounds are beautifully maintained and the property is fenced for complete privacy and security.

Ideally situated within walking distance of the Ria Formosa nature reserve, and a lovely beach which has several high-end restaurants to choose from.  Casa MarSil is also within a short drive from a host of attractions- offers everything you will need for a 5* luxury Algarve holiday.

Accommodation

Living Areas: 

Grand entrance hall with spiral staircase leading to the first floor.

On the ground floor there is large living area with a large flat screen T.V. for the entire group to enjoy. Open floor plan dining room and kitchen leading to outside living area.  Modern dining table which accommodates ten people.

Kitchen: Large modern fully-fitted and equipped kitchen with sitting area. Appliances include an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Boch espresso & coffee maker, microwave, and gas hobs.

Bedrooms:

  • Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, built in Wardrobes, double doors leading to terrace on the ground floor, TV
  • Bedroom 2 - Bedroom with two full size beds, en suite bathroom, built in Wardrobes, double doors leading to terrace on the ground floor
  • Bedroom 3 - Bedroom with three twin size beds, adjacent ½ bathroom

On the First Floor:

  • Bedroom 4 - Master suite with King size bed, en suite bathroom, large dressing room with built in Wardrobes, TV, double doors leading to private terrace
  • Bedroom 5 – Master suite with King size bed, en suite bathroom, large dressing room with built in Wardrobes, double doors leading to private terrace  

Bathrooms:

  • En-suite to all bedrooms, except bedroom 3, but there is a ½ bathroom just next to it.
  • Additional ½ bathroom on the ground floor

Outside Space: The outdoor living area will take center stage for your group gathering. Enclosed outside kitchen including fridge, gas hobs and gas BBQs.  Modern outdoor furniture for relaxation and dining for 10 people.

Cleaning/Towels/linen/Maid service: All linen and towels including separate beach and pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request. Maid service is included Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays (3 hours per day max)

Utility Room: Clothes Dryer & Washing Machine located in separate room

  • We do require a damage deposit on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposits is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
