OVERVIEW

Positioned in a fantastic location, close to the beach, Luz da Lua is a 3 bedroom villa that will blow you away with its charm.

With a private plunge pool and incredible sea views, the villa enjoys a fabulous location in Praia da Luz with shops, restaurants and the beach just a short walk away.

The Algarve boasts beautiful beaches, stunning scenery and charming towns with wonderful shops and restaurants so you are well positioned to enjoy the best this region has to offer.

ACCOMMODATION

Luz da Lua can accommodate up to 9 people with plenty of space both inside and outdoors. The villa is made up of 3 double bedrooms with the option of an additional 3 pull down single beds, 4 bathrooms, a games room, an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, outdoor dining and lounging areas and a plunge pool.

Ground floor

The ground floor boasts a games room with a pool table, a television and sofas where you can find the additional 3 pull down single beds and a bathroom. This floor opens out onto the inviting pool terrace and garden area with fabulous views where you can delight in a refreshing dip after a day exploring in the sunshine.

First floor

On the first floor enjoy open plan living with a well equipped kitchen,dining and lounge area. There is a double bedroom and separate bathroom as well as an outdoor terrace with dining table, a manually operated awning and a gas barbecue, the perfect space for entertaining.

Second floor

The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom and a large terrace, which runs the length of the room, where stunning views of the coast can be admired any time of the day. The second double bedroom offers an en suite bathroom and smaller outdoor terrace.

There is an elevator which runs between entry level 1 to the 2nd floor only. It is a 13 persons rated lift, fully serviced and wheelchair suitable.

The main bathroom on the 2nd floor is also wheelchair friendly.

OUTSIDE 

Outside the terrace can be accessed from the ground floor or by steps down from the first floor. The well-sized pool has an electric pool cover and a heater system, and the pool-side terrace overlooks the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

There is also a first floor balcony with seating area, offering the perfect space for relaxing with a morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine after a day soaking up the sun.

The porches are shaded, offering a welcome break from the midday heat and the first floor seating area has hand wound out shades.

Other facilites at the property include a locked off car garage (with car charging unit - please request at time of booking)

Power at the property is mainly solar power. The villa also offers winter heating via heaters that are all powered by gas and a fantastic, modern wood-burning fireplace - Luz da Lua really is worth a visit, any time of year!
