Quinta Bonita is a beautiful 8 bedroom luxury Premier Villa available for hire as a self-catering private villa and for larger parties there is an option to rent the two bedroom cottage which sits within the grounds of the main dwelling. Once a traditional Portuguese farm house the villa has been sensitively restored to a luxurious estate whilst still maintaining the feel of the family home.
A large entrance hall has a beautiful steep stone staircase and there is an outdoor lounge area. The house has a large cosy lounge with log fire, dining area with tiled breakfast counter, and a traditional kitchen which is fully equipped and includes large fridge/freezer, two ovens, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave.
There are 8 spacious individually designed bedrooms each with their own balcony or terrace, with super king size beds, including one Master Suite with a four poster bed. All bedrooms include air-conditioning, electronic safe, luxury linen, hair-dryers, flat screen TV/satellite and bathrobes. The rooms all have individual styles ranging from traditional golden tones to modern black, grey and white. The main house can sleep a maximum of 16 adults in twin and double rooms plus rollaway beds/cots for children.
There is a two-bedroom cottage at the bottom of the property which has two bedrooms, lounge (with sofa bed), dining area, kitchen, outdoor BBQ area, two bathrooms and separate parking. The cottage can accommodate another 3-5 people and can be hired in addition to the main house as required.
The property is set on 10,000 square metres of beautiful mature gardens with panoramic ocean views on both sides. The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with sun loungers, tables and chairs – perfect for a lazy afternoon in the sun. There are large terraces on three sides of the house. From here you can take in the panoramic views that look out over stunning gardens with ocean views on both sides. Or spend some time in the sheltered massage and yoga area which is tiled with exquisite hand-painted 'Azulejos'.
