The apartment has an excellent area of 100m2, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom (suite), closet, double bed and a second bedroom with a wardrobe, two single beds and a complete bathroom. 

The house was completely renovated two years ago with new doors and windows.

There is air conditioning throughout, and the house also has an alarm.

There is a new kitchen fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, hot water by solar panel, microwave, double glazing with mosquito nets and shutters.

Outside

All rooms have a terrace, a total of 3, with sea views.

Surrounding Area 

In the surroundings we can find two of the best golf courses in the Algarve, Vale da Pinta and Gramacho, 5 min by car.

500m away is the Tennis Club & Fitness Club of Carvoeiro with gym, 12 tennis courts and paddle courts.

The centre of Carvoeiro is 3 minutes away by car.

There are beautiful beaches surrounded by cliffs, Paraíso beach is 2 minutes away by car and is the nearest one to the apartment.
