Overview

Sitting in a very spacious private plot, surrounded by beautifully scented Loendros (Oleander) and marvellous views to the Atlantic Ocean. Loendros is ideal for large families wanting to get away from it all. It’s also a superb location just a short walk to Benagil beach with its famous beach caves, a handful of restaurants and also just a short drive from a host of attractions.

The interior is modern and comfortable with some traditional features preserved, air-conditioning offered throughout. All 6 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms as do the apartments. The large open plan reception living/dining room offers panoramic windows embracing the views to the ocean.  The living area opens onto a covered terrace with comfortable seating, looking to the pool area and garden. Next to the pool there is a pavilion area offering comfortable seating, dining and BBQ/fridge.

Accommodation

Living Areas: 

On the ground floor, you enter the villa into the grand open plan reception leading through to the living/dining room with breath-taking views to the ocean through the large panoramic windows. The dining table offers seating for up to 22 people.

Single W/C

Kitchen: Large modern fully-fitted and equipped kitchen with sitting area for 12 people.

Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 – King bed with en suite bathroom, own patio area (white and green room) 
• Bedroom 2 – King bed with en suite bathroom, own balcony area (brown and cream room)
• Bedroom 3 – King bed with en suite bathroom, own balcony area (gold room) 
• Bedroom 4 - King bed with en suite bathroom (pink room)
• Bedroom 5 & 6 - King bed with adjoined twin bedroom both with en suite bathrooms and terrace area with seating. This can be a totally separate apartment as it has its own outdoor entrance (burgundy room)

On lower ground level are the 3 Apartments. They all have their own entrances:

• Bedroom 7 – Apartment with King bed and adjoined twin bedroom with a separate kitchen and en suite bathroom with own outside area (green apartment)
• Bedroom 8 - Apartment with King bed with small kitchen area and en suite bathroom (taupe apartment)
• Bedroom 9 – Apartment with King bed and Twin beds combined with kitchen and en suite bathroom and outdoor seating area (brown and cream apartment)  

The property can be set up with up to 10 single beds. there are 6 single beds already made up and 2 king rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) that can be made up as 2 single beds per rooms.

• En-suite to all bedrooms
• Additional ½ bathroom on the ground floor

Outside Space: The outdoor living area and Pavillion will take centre stage for your group gathering. Enclosed outside kitchen including fridge and double charcoal BBQ.  Modern outdoor furniture for relaxation and dining.

All linen and towels including separate pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request.
