Punta is situated in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port, a part of Cala D'Or. About 5/10 minutes walk you reach the small the sandy beach Cala Egos and Cala Egos centre that offers shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The marina of Cala D’Or with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is about 2,5 km away. Cala D’Or centre about 3km away, approx a 5 minutes drive from the villa and offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops. This area you also find several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda. The charming fishing village of Porto Petro is just 5 minutes drive.

The villa

Punta is a superb bright, newly constructed villa built and furnished in a modern style. This beautiful two-storey villa offers different living spaces to relax and to enjoy the comfort and the natural light that the house offers both inside and outside. It also offers air conditioning cold/warm through out the villa.

The ground floor boasts a living area that enjoys lots of natural light, with sliding doors that open onto the lovely pool area. The spacious, modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area has direct access to the covered terrace. This floor also boasts two bright twin bedrooms both with access to the terrace, one has en-suite shower-room. There is a separate shower room.

The first floor consist of a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large terrace with views of the sea in the distance and a sunny twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room and access to a small terrace.

The spacious pool and garden area is the ideal spot to relax. Situated at the back of the house the pool area offers a lovely lawned garden and sun terrace around the large pool (11m x 5m) with sun beds; the best place to enjoy the peaceful summery days. The exterior also offers a barbecue and a covered terrace with views of the pool and garden, a great place to enjoy “al fresco” meals or just relax and read your favourite book.
