Alissia

Overview

Alissia is a stunning three bedroom Premier Villa. The striking design of this villa, with its floor to ceiling walls of glass, literally allow nature and architecture to blur into one in the most memorable way. Set at the top of a hill overlooking the fishing village of Perdika, the small island of Moni and the Saronic gulf, Alissia is a home of truly unique craftsmanship and is a perfect pairing with modern, bold travellers that truly want to enjoy the storied Greek light in all its glory.

Accommodation

The two-storey, three-bedroom accommodation is all about the stunning view which you take in effortlessly through its expansive floor-to-ceiling glass façade that lets the sunshine in and seamlessly merges the inside with the outside world. The minimalistic decoration and the neutral colour palette were intentionally chosen for a naturalistic effect that would highlight the house’s geometry of harsh angles and sharp lines.

The ground floor consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom with en suite bathroom. The wide open floor plan boasts an invisible window frame system that maximizes the view. The suspended steel and oak staircase rise to the upper floor to reach two en suite bedrooms and a terrace. Enjoy one of the most magnificent sunsets in the Aegean area from literally every room of Alissia, allowing you to completely unwind and leave all your cares behind.

Additional Information

Getting to Aegina Island

There is no airport in Aegina. The closest airport is in Athens. From Athens, there are daily ferries to Aegina that depart from the port of Piraeus. The ferry time is very short, from 30 min to 1 hour, which means that this is a great island even for a day trip from Athens. It is advisable to research this part of your journey ahead of travelling.
