Megali Vila is a six bedroom Mykonian Premier Villa which forms half of a pair of beachfront villas overlooking the secluded yet beautiful and unspoiled beach of Fokos in Ano Mera. The sister villas can be rented individually or together for larger groups Mikri Vila

Accommodation

This Mykonian luxury villa accommodates 12 people in the 6 double bedrooms.

Ground floor (main entrance of the house): living room, dining area, kitchen area, fireplace and wc, small storage room, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Lower floor: a staircase of approximately 14 stairs leads to the outdoor pool area. On the same level 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (and small sitting room in the 2 bedrooms), service room and laundry room/storage room.

Upper floor: exclusively for 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a living room.

Total surface indoor area 550 square meters.
Total surface outdoor area 6.100 square meters.

General information:

The spacious living room, along with the dining area, are ideal for gatherings and in case of chilly fall weather there is even a fireplace that you can light up. The kitchen area is fully equipped to cater large groups of visitors.

Outside

The outdoor areas of the villa look out over the sea and are spacious and comfortable with a stunning swimming pool which creates a small oasis with unobstructed Myconian sea views. This striking lavish villa stands out for its privileged position, its unobstructed sea view, its privacy and its proximity to the beach. The various outdoor shaded lounging and dining areas around the pool make it a perfect place for both relaxing and partying during stay in villa by the sea.

These luxury vacation villas in Mykonos are only 12 km away from the city (hora) of Mykonos and the airport/port. The villas are easily accessed, yet a car is necessary to make your holiday comfortable. The nearest village is 5 kilometers away where you shall find a mini market for groceries and other commodities you might need during your stay. The luxury vacation houses is 50 meters from the nearest beach where you will also find 1 small taverna.
