Discover a three-bedroom Premier Villa in Tinos that guarantees island living at its most pristine. Nested at the entrance of Kardiani in Tinos, Shiloh has enviable views of the village and the breath-taking slope of Mount Pateles, where land ends and the infinite Aegean blue starts.
Newly built by a renowned Greek architect for a couple that love and know Tinos well, the result is an exemplary modern island home that gracefully merges with its surrounding environment.
Arranged over three levels and made up of three independent cubic structures, it instantly creates a zen-like feeling. Undeniably modern but still Cycladic, the design ingeniously makes use of every available space.
The main structure hosts the open-plan kitchen, the dining and a living area with the impressive built-in fireplace. A split level just a few steps down, is home to a second building with two double bedrooms which share a bathroom and would comfortably accommodate teenagers or single guests. The third independent building hosts a large sunlit master bedroom with a spectacular Aegean view. Directly below, a high-ceilinged basement offers extra accommodation with two single beds and ample space.
Shiloh’s interiors all share the monochromatic minimalism approach: clean lines, handpicked items and interesting textures in shades of black, white and natural wood. This palette extends to the outdoors area with the lap-style pool and the shaded lounging area where hours of total serenity easily go by.
Full of wonders, in an up-and-coming island with numerous hidden treasures to uncover, Shiloh is the perfect home for seekers of purity. Though it naturally presents itself as a top summer choice, it is also ideal for off season travellers: the high quality poured concrete surfaces and brand new heating system ensure a cosy experience all-year round. Tinos is enchanting in every season and the scenery around Shiloh is a dreamy backdrop to days and nights spent in the warmth and comfort it provides.

Getting to Tinos:
It is advisable to research this part of your journey ahead of travelling. However, here is rough guideline which you may find helpful.
There is no airport on the island of Tinos. The closest airport is in Mykonos, which gets very busy in summer. Mykonos receives many domestic flights from Athens all year round, while in summer season there are also charters and international flights arriving on the island. From Mykonos, visitors can take the daily ferry to Tinos. The ferry trip is 30 min.
Ferries to Tinos depart from the ports of Piraeus and Rafina, the two largest ports of Athens. The ferry trip from Piraeus to Tinos is 5 hours while the trip from Rafina to Tinos is about 3 hours. These ferries also connect Tinos with many other islands of Cyclades, including Andros, Mykonos and Syros. The port of Tinos is at Tinos Town, the capital of the island.
