Villa Seva


The recently  fully restored  3 bedroom Villa Seva sleeps up to 6 guests, blending attractive Provencal tradition (with lovely ceiling beams on the first floor) and a high standard of new furnishings and equipment.


Split across two levels Villa Seva offers entrance from the gravel drive into the large living room upstairs, with comfortable seating for at least 8, large TV and big sliding door to the covered terrace so that you can let the sea breezes in.  The terrace has more soft furnishings to lounge on.  The kitchen is of an excellent standard, modern and fully equipped with granite worktops and all the extras, plus a separate laundry room.  This leads to an adjacent dining room and out to the dining terrace which has a good portable gas barbecue, round table and views over the pines to the sea. 

Downstairs at the pool level are three bedrooms and a sofa bed for occasional use by special arrangement, which is in the hallway. The bedrooms are roughly equivalent in standard each with king size bed plus French windows to the pool area and garden with sea views, each with ensuite shower room.  All bedrooms offer air conditioning. 


Outside is the infinity pool (9m x 5m approximately) set in attractive landscaped garden of about an acre, beautifully kept, lawned in parts and planted with shrubs and flowers.  There is parking for many cars  including two undercover, and a house alarm and safe are provided. 

There are a number of steps around the property so may not suit elderly or small children.

The walk to the shops, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and the beach is about 15 minutes away.  The villa is situated adjacent to the National Park which has walking and hiking trails with magnificent views that can take you all the way to the Pampelonne.  The excitements of St Tropez and the many other lovely villages of the peninsula are within easy driving distance.
