Built at the top of the hill above the port of Théoule-sur-Mer, this stunning villa enjoys dramatic 180 degree views over the bay of Cannes and the Isles de Lerins, where an array of white sailing boats and yachts stand out against the intense blue of the sea. 

The huge 3,000 m2 plot with its amazing sea views hosts an extra large heated infinity pool with electric cover and current to swim against. The outdoor gazebo, outdoor summer kitchen, a putting green for golf lovers, the olive garden and lots of little corners to hide and relax makes it stand as one of the most relaxing spots on the French Riviera.

This 300 m2 provencial villa has a large living/dining space with fire place and large window doors that can all be opened, a large and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with sea view, three coffee machines, large fridge with ice maker and countless kitchen appliances including microwave, Kitchen-Aid, mixer and blender and much more.

The villa sleeps 12 in a master bedroom with a master bath and 5 bedrooms, of which 2 have an ensuite bath, two connected bedrooms share one bath and the 6th bedroom is either used as an office or a bedroom that shares the master bath.
