Villa Fillie is a 4 bedroom Premier Villa located in the center of Rogoznica, 30 km away from Šibenik and the center of the Dalmatian coast - Croatia. Rogoznica is especially popular with boaters thanks to one of the safest and most beautiful ports in the Adriatic. Picturesque surroundings, authentic Croatian cuisine and historical sites will greet you in Rogoznica, ensuring there is plenty to do and see during your stay. As well as being a cultural hub, Rogoznica is also the perfect base to explore other Croatian destinations. Public transport and ferries can easily take you to surrounding cities and islands such as Split or Dubrovnik.


Fillie is a visually stunning building with an even better interior. The interior is decorated with modern, stylish furniture, unique art and decoration themes can be seen throughout the villa for you to enjoy and embrace. The villa itself is split into four apartments, but is rented as a whole which allows 15 people to comfortably fit in this large space. 

One the first floor of the villa there is a large living room area with comfortable sofas and a stunning view over the terrace. This leads into a modern kitchen space, where you will find everything you need to create meals during your holiday. The kitchen leads out to a sheltered dining area, where you can embrace the picturesque surroundings and enjoy the warm, Mediterranean weather. 

The villa consists of four separate apartments, but it is rented as a single unit with garden and swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 15 people.

The first apartment (55 m2), located on the ground floor, consists of a sitting room area with a kitchenette (20 m2), a double bedroom (30 m2) with a bed size 180 x 200 cm, in which there is a built-in tub and a separate bathroom with shower. The sofa can be used as a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area.

The second apartment (60 m2), located on the ground floor, has a sitting room area with a kitchenette (25 m2) and a double bedroom (30 m2) with a bed size 180 x 200 cm, in which there is also a built-in tub and a separate bathroom (5 m2) with a shower. There is also a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area.

The third apartment (40 m2), located on the first floor with a separate entrance, is a studio apartment which comprises a double bedroom (a bed size 160 x 200 cm), a sitting room area with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom with shower. There is also a single folding bed.

The fourth apartment (100 m2), which stretches over two floors (first and gallery), has a large sitting room, dressing room, double bedroom (a bed size 160 x 200 cm), bathroom and a kitchen on the first level. The upper floor is a gallery with twin beds (beds size 90 x 200 cm) and a private bathroom.

In addition, a kitchen / dining area is on guest’s disposal. It’s an area connected to the villa, but with a separate entrance. The area is a tavern type with an indoor fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with an outdoor fireplace with a barbeque. Facilities on the ground floor are suitable for disabled people. The shower is a walk-in type.

To make your stay in Villa Martinis as pleasant as possible, it has been equipped with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed. Furthermore, a boat mooring for a smaller vessel is available on request.


The outdoor terrace area is a large, open space where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Croatian surroundings. The large pool is surrounded by ample sunbathing space as well as space to sit and enjoy outdoor dining. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a stone cooker where you can truly dine al fresco. 

This villa is a true Croatian gem and contains everything you need and more for your luxury holiday to Croatia. Our dedicated staff will be on hand to answer any questions or solve any problems you may have within the villa.

A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.


Rogoznica and its surroundings offer a variety of activities such as diving, tennis, football and boat rental. Bike paths that stretch over the length of 45 km are particularly interesting. Guests can enjoy in a whole range of excursions to many cultural destinations nearby such as Sibenik, Split, Trogir, etc. For nature lovers there is a lake Dragon's Eye and the breathtaking national parks such as the River Krka waterfalls and the Kornati archipelago to experience.
