Premier Villas are delighted to offer Umi, a three bedroom holiday home located in a picturesque bay called Puntinak pon Brac Island, just 2,4 km away from Sumartin - Croatia. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, it has a beautiful sea view overlooking the Island of Hvar and it is 125 meters away by walk from the sea. 


The house has been completely renovated in 2014, and it can accommodate 8 people comfortably. It consists of two apartments.

The first apartment is located on the ground floor and it comprises of a bedroom with twin beds (beds size 90 x 190 cm each), a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. From the apartment, you can go out to two garden terraces, both with outdoor seating area. On the west-side terrace is an outdoor fireplace with a barbecue. The ground and the first floors are connected with outdoor stairs. 

The second apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, and a 60 sq meter kitchen/ dining/living area. One is a twin bedroom, with beds size 85 x 190 cm each, and the other bedroom is with a bed 140 x 200 cm. The apartment has exits to three separated terraces, with a view to the bay, the sea, and the garden surrounding the house, which makes a natural curtain for your privacy. One of the terraces is accessible through the kitchen, and it has been equipped with a stone table suitable for al fresco dining. Other two terraces are equipped with seating furniture and sun chairs, perfect for you to relax. 


At guests, disposal is two outdoor showers located in the garden area. Furthermore, in addition to two indoor bathrooms, the house has an outdoor separate WC with a laundry area. 

A private parking area is at guests disposal. 

The house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants which offer beautiful natural shade and intimacy. Guests can enjoy swimming and promenade walking and for those looking for entertainment, the town of Bol with numerous activities is just 20 kilometers away from Sumartin. 

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

  • We do require a damage deposit of £300.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
