Holiday home Chai is a 2-bedroom Premier Villa located in Pucisca on the Island of Brac, Croatia. Villa Chai is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Pucisca on the island of Brac.

Accommodation

It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, which was renovated in 2010. Guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the sitting area and the double bedroom. 

This charming house can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. On the ground floor are a kitchen/dining room/sitting room area, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. The upper floor comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double, bed size 180 x 190 cm), and 1 single (bed size 90 x 200 cm)). Additional two guests could sleep in the sitting room area, on two separate sofa beds, one size 140 x 200 cm, and the other 80 x 180 cm. The only air conditioning unit in the house is located in the single bedroom but is powerful enough to cool down the whole property. 

The whole ground floor is equipped with floor heating (kitchen/dining / sitting area and the bathroom). On guest's disposal is a terrace with table and chairs.

Outside

At Villa Chai you can enjoy a juicy barbeque with family and friends on a portable electric grill while enjoying a beautiful view of the Sea.

There are 4 bicycles for adults and 1 children's bicycle (for a child of 10 years or more) for rent. Renting two bicycles for adults of your choice is free, except in the period from 10/07 to 01/09, then the rental fee is charged at a cost of 10 EUR per day per bicycle. Renting two remaining bicycles and a children's bicycle is charged all year round at a cost of 10 EUR per day per bicycle.

  • We do require a damage deposit of £100.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
