Villa Toma is set on a 1,000 m² private property and offers approximately 400 m² of living space across three floors. The villa combines contemporary design with warm Mediterranean elements, creating bright and welcoming interiors.

The main living space includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with island and coffee bar, a spacious dining area for up to 10 guests, and a stylish living room with large windows and panoramic sea views. High-end furnishings, Wi-Fi, SMART TVs, and air conditioning ensure comfort throughout the property.

For additional entertainment, the villa features a playroom with table football and table tennis, making it an excellent choice for family holidays or group retreats.

Villa Toma features four spacious king or twin bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, with an additional sofa bed for two guests located in the playroom.
